Description: A tall man of his late twenties, George wears a red vest, grey t-shirt, and brown cargo pants as his general attire.  Across his waist is a multi-purpose fanny pack that carries various medicines and his pokeballs.  His hair is a distinct bleached blonde, with a clean shaven face.  Normally, he'd stand out in a crowd but he tends to do his best to hide away and not be noticed.  George is a cautious and calculating man, traits stemmed from his time as a former Team Rocket member.  The death of someone he held truly dear to him on mission caused him to go AWOL, leaving behind almost everything he had built up.  A changed man in not only attitude, but identity, George has a grudge against anything Team Rocket.

And he's on a mission to ensure they fall.

The Pokemon's hits are Critical Hits on Accuracy Checks of 18-20.  If move already has an extended Critical Hit range, Super Luck extends that range -2.  I.E: A move has 18-20 Critical naturally, Super Luck will extend that to 16-20.

Ability 2: Big Pecks

The user cannot have its Defense Stat lowered.  The user cannot have its Defense Combat Stages lowered.
